B&G Zeus 3 16" on repair. Returned to customer from authorised dealer in Netherlands with statement that it can't be repaired. Price of new one around 7000 euros. Nand memory chip gone short. Up and running again.

User friendly repair 😅. Zeus 3, 9" doesnt boot up. Emmc replacement and reprogramming. Bga 153 package. Bga 153 means that chip has 153 pins and here is the picture for comparison with 1 cent.

Axiom 9 RV. Power connector fault, it is losing seatalkNG connectivity. Took the one from donor board and sealed screen back. Triton was the closest device to grab so I tested network visibility with it

First Axiom repaired! To dissasemble the unit screen needs to be taken off. It is glued. Don't try this at home, I destroyed first one until I figured out how...

This one was a difficult one. NAC3 autopilot computer is showing error "clutch overload". Although I was able to fix that kind of problems, this one was more specific.

How does advance repair looks like? Raymarine S3 autopilot computer. No motor outputs.

6R099 mosfet is shorted, it trips ac fuse and internal fuse. Changed both for STP45N65 which I had from newer cristec. Up and running again. Old but really good chargers. Even newer ones have simillar board layout.

Quick sbc700 60A charger... Varistor, capacitor and fuse blown. When it is on the table already I changed electrolitics as well. Up and running again.

Simrad AP24 display doesn't work. The problem wasn't in the display, it was in the traces which got eaten by moisture. Proteceted by coating after fix although I didn't took a picture

Victron phoenix 50A... 220V fuse blown, switching mosfets, mosfet driver, NTC and one diode... I rarely get Victron products and from the stories of authorised dealers and from my experience these are very well made products...

Raymarine ACU 400 autopilot computer, it works normally on starboard side, on the port turn it doesn't work at all. This one got me thinking a lot. One of the 4 bridge mosfets was gone.

B&G triton 2 autopilot controller. Doesn't turn on. I saw this burnt resistor on the main supply line, it gives 50k ohms, it should be 1 ohm... Ok, let's bypass it with a wire... But it still doesn't work?

Installation of Victron lithium system. 1200Ah of lithium batteries, 1800 W of solar, Multiplus II 3000 VA inverter/charger and all the other nice things from Victron. Before/after

Raymarine hybrid touch backlight repair. Screen came completly in dark because of backlight problem. Old LEDs out and new one in. But it is not so simple if you want to keep backlight level adjustment.

B&G Zeus 3 on repair. It doesn't boot up. EMMC reprogramming and replacement. BGA 153 package.

Over the time i received a lot of Raymarine I70 and P70 devices with faulty pushbutton boards. Water comes in and over the years (usually 2,3 years) board gets eaten away. You can see some examples in photos (green boards).

When I hear "it just need some cleaning"... Well sorry to ruin your day, but there is no such a thing as "just cleaning" when water comes in.

Dometic air condition board on repair. Varistor is burnt, but after changing it power indicator LED is still off. I didn't care much for precise schematic, but it looks like simple flyback SMPS design. Switching mosfet was gone, bc-817 and snubber diode. Up and running again.
